We had a very good experience with our driver in Bandung. He provided excellent service, was always punctual for pick-ups, and was very accommodating to our requests as we moved around Bandung. His reliability and flexibility made our trip smooth and enjoyable.

Best service ever from Nuansa Travel Bandung! Pak Agus made the entire trip so easy, and the driver, Pak Asep, was very friendly and kind. Thank you for giving our family such an amazing experience in Bandung that we will never forget. I will definitely recommend and repeat the service again whenever we come to Bandung for sure!

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to travel in Bandung..The car is comfortable, big and clean, the package includes everything (Car, Car Oil and Driver), just list the places you want to go, he will help arrange for all the places we can cover throughout Bandung...The driver (Mr. Sandi) was very helpful to us, brought delicious places to eat throughout Bandung, gave us information about Bandung, was kind and friendly..😊😊

Excellent Service and Memorable Tours!
We booked a 2-day private tour to Bandung with Nuansa Tours Bandung, and they proved to be a very reliable and responsible travel agency. My wife and I visited all our requested spots — including the volcano craters, tea plantations, floating market, and several other attractions.
We also arranged a 2-day trip to Yogyakarta to see Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple, Mount Merapi, and more. There was a small mix-up with our sunrise tour — it was booked at Bukit Dagi instead of inside Borobudur — but the team immediately apologized and arranged a proper sunrise tour at Borobudur the next day, completely free of charge.
Both tours, in Bandung and Yogyakarta, were smooth, well-organized, and full of great memories. Thank you, Nuasa Tours Bandung, for your professionalism and warm hospitality!

I was looking for Driver service in Bandung and came across Nuansa Tours on Tiktok. At first, I was skeptical and have doubts with their service. But after reading their reviews and liasing with Pak Agus, their service was very good and helpful. Pak Agus is very responsive and always attend to our queries. Pak Agus and Nuansa tours also have attended to our request by assisting to purchase our Whoosh Train tickets and get our preferred seats on train. We were assigned with Pak Adi as our driver. Pak Adi did a good job by texting us a day before our trip to introduce himself as our driver. He even advise us to prepare warm clothes and socks before our stay in Lembang. He assisted to prepare the essential items when our daughter fall sick on the first day. Driver Iskandar is also friendly and give a brief introduction when fetching us from Halim airport to Jakarta Airport. Overall, the service is excellent. Would wish to come back Bandung once again.
